The portal provides you with a quick and easy way to further promote your store's offers, articles and events to customers who visit our shopping centre websites every day. We've stepped out the process for you below.
Select your content type
Select the content type you’d like to promote on the website. Choose from offer, article, or event.
Create your content and submit for approval
Fill in all mandatory details for the content type you have selected, read and accept the terms and conditions, and submit your content for approval.
You can save a draft if you don't have all of the content ready to go. All you need to enter is a title.
Approval process
Submitted content will go to the Dexus National Retail Marketing team for review and approval. You'll receive an email notification when your content has been approved, rejected or removed. See below more on the approval outcomes and reasons.
If you submitted content for mutliple centres, this content will be approved centre by centre and you'll recieve a notification for each.
Manage all of your content in dashboard view
View a list of all your content in the current requests dashboard. You can see your drafts, content pending approval, approved content scheduled to go live at a later date, live content currrently on the website(s) and expired, removed or archived content that is no longer live or valid.
*Please note, all content submitted via the portal is approved by the Dexus Retail Marketing team within 1-2 business days. If submitted on a weekend, the content will be reviewed next business day.
